1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of aspiresolution.in (the “Site”), operated by Aspire Solution (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Nature of the Site
The Site is an information and enquiry platform. It is not an e-commerce platform. Prices, availability, lead times, and product specifications shown or implied are indicative only and are confirmed only by a written quotation from us against a specific enquiry. We do not accept online orders or payments through this Site.
3. Authorised channel partnership
Aspire Solution is an authorised channel partner in India for the OEM brands featured on the Site (currently Champion, Endress+Hauser, Flowserve, Alfa Laval, Gefran, Forbes Marshall, Audco). All product names, brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here strictly to identify the equipment we distribute and support. Specifications are subject to change at the OEM’s discretion and the OEM is the final authority on product data.
4. Permitted use
You may browse the Site, download published catalogues for evaluation and procurement purposes, and submit enquiries through our forms. You may not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site or its catalogue downloads for commercial reuse;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our hosting infrastructure, or any connected system;
- Use the Site to transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
- Misrepresent yourself or submit false information through our enquiry forms.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, layout, images, and structure, is owned by Aspire Solution. OEM logos, product images, and catalogues remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced here under the rights granted to us as an authorised channel partner.
6. Quotations and orders
Quotations issued by us are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Orders are accepted on our standard commercial terms, which are shared with the quotation. Delivery times, warranty, and after-sales support are governed by the OEM’s policies for the specific product and by our purchase order acknowledgement.
7. No professional advice
Content on the Site (product descriptions, application notes, sizing tables) is published in good faith for general guidance. It is not a substitute for application-specific engineering advice. For a sized recommendation tailored to your installation, submit an enquiry through the Site or contact our application engineers directly.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to OEM websites or other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aspire Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Site or any decision taken based on information on the Site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version is the one published on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
